Design-build team chosen for Nappanee’s new fire station | News

NAPPANEE — The scores have been tabulated and at Monday afternoon’s Board of Public Works meeting it was announced that Weingard Construction and K2M Design will design and build Nappanee’s new fire station.

Landon Martin of the Veridus Group, the city’s owner representative, said the technical review team, consisting of himself as a non-voting member, Todd Nunemaker, Jeff Knight, Don Lehman, Steve Heckathorn and Doug Berger, received and reviewed the price proposals and qualitative proposals and scored them accordingly.
