He goes by the name Urbex.Tarzan on TikTok, not wanting his real identity revealed after posting the unbelievable video online Sunday. “The best part of it was seeing the wings up close,” Urbex Tarzan said. He calls it urban exploring. “For me, I really just want to get people off their phones and back outside exploring the world,” he said. “Now, due to TikTok actually, urbex has become a kind of a trend.”He explores unseen parts of Milwaukee and posts videos to his platforms on TikTok and Instagram.”I kind of climb everything else I wanted to climb in the city, ” he said. Places like a crane high above the city and a train bridge over the Milwaukee River. “So I needed something new, something fresh, something different. And I decided to go with the art museum,” he said. His art museum video was seen tens of thousands of times on TikTok and Instagram. WISN 12 News reporter Kendall Keys asked Urbex.Tarzan if he was concerned about getting in trouble for his dangerous and illegal stunts.”Concerned? I mean, it’s always in the back of my head, but, you know, it’s worth it for me . It’s worth it. I’m okay with the consequences,” he said. The Milwaukee Police Department said officers were not called out to the Milwaukee Art Museum over the weekend. WISN 12 News reached out to the Milwaukee Art Museum to ask about the security breach. So far, museum officials have not responded.
